We simply can’t wait to meet you both!!

If you are attending for the first time, these are the key things you might want to know before you leave for the venue.

• Allow plenty of time for parking
• Comfortable clothing
• Bare feet in class (no tights please!!)
• Water and snacks (for after class)
• a SMILE!!

If you are coming to join us at All Saints in Hove.  Please be aware, Hove can be especially busy so please allow plenty of time to find a parking space if you are driving, especially on Saturdays.  There are plenty of metered parking spaces in the adjoining roads, but it can take time to find one.  We cannot be held responsible if you miss the class due to parking.

All our other venues have plenty of parking available on-site.
