WHAT IS GDPR?
You might have heard this expression a lot recently and wondered “What is GDPR?”
“The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union. It also addresses the export of personal data outside the EU.”
WHAT DOES IT MEAN?
It means that from 25th May 2018, the rules on how we collect, store and use your information is changing. You can read these changes in full in our Privacy Policy.
HOW DOES IT AFFECT ME?
If you are currently a member, you will still receive important updates which may affect your class or membership, on the basis of that information being a “legitimate interest”, however, we can no longer contact you with any marketing communications unless you positively opt-in to hear from us.
