Terms and conditions of our subscription payments.  When you want to cancel, please email James on the brighton@tumbletots.com email address with the 4 weeks notice detailed below:-

• All venues/days run 37 classes per school year.  Pricing is spread evenly across 11 months of the year.  ie 37 classes x £9.50 divide by 11 monthly subscription payments.
  • Some months will have 4 or 5 classes, others 2.  No-one loses out or pays any more or less each as each month the subscription is the same.
•  Your child(ren) must become a member of the Tumble Tots National Club to participate in classes. Your membership is paid on an annual basis and contains a personal accident insurance policy, plus a few other exciting gifts and benefits for your child. Membership is £28 per YEAR and renewals are £26.50. This is a separate charge to your monthly subscription and will be invoiced each anniversary of your child’s attendance.
• If you join part way through a month, a covering payment will be added to your first monthly instalment to cover any remaining classes in that month.
• You can cancel your child’s classes at anytime, giving a minimum 4 weeks notice from your payment date. ie 1st of each month.
  • This normally means that unless you cancel by the first Wednesday of each month there will be no more payments to make.
  • If you cancel on the 15th of the month, then you will make one more payment and can continue with classes until the end of the month following. We have notice period subscriptions to help make sure you only pay for the correct number of classes 
• Tumble Tots Brighton operates classes during school term time only. There are no classes running during school holidays. Saturday classes run on the last Saturday before the half term break.
• Your monthly subscription plan covers class fees for a full school calendar year, which are then divided into 11 convenient and affordable monthly payments. The monthly fee will be automatically processed on the 1st of the month for classes in the same month, i.e. your September class fees will be paid on 1st September, once you have pre-entered your credit or debit card details authorising us to take a recurring payment. A recurring payment is similar to a direct debit but taken from a valid debit or credit card and not directly from your bank account.
• We do not take any payments on 1st August when no classes are running, or during periods of national lockdown.
• Tumble Tots Brighton runs in alongside with Brighton and Hove school term times.
