I’m sure like us, you are following the news regarding the Covid-19 virus. Some of you have been getting in touch so I wanted to put together some FAQs so that everyone has the same information.
Will classes continue running?
Yes, we are carefully monitoring the news and communication from the government and are following the advice published. Classes will remain running as normal. If anything changes you will receive emails and text messages to let you know.
Are you taking extra measures?
Yes, before classes begins all staff are washing their hands. We are also giving the equipment more frequent wipe overs with anti-bacterial product.
What extra measures can I take?
Please follow the latest government advice on how to stay safe. This currently includes washing your hands with soap more frequently, using a tissue for coughs & sneezes, and avoiding touching your face. The NHS Coronavirus website provides the latest information
Should I attend classes if I or my child feels unwell?
Our illness policy remains the same. We follow government guidance on managing infectious diseases. If you know or suspect that you or your child has a condition that could be passed on to other children or staff, or put a pregnant mum at risk (e.g. chicken pox) please keep your child at home. Children with diarrhoea and/or vomiting must not attend Tumble Tots until at least 48 hours after their symptoms have gone. If you suspect that you or your child has Covid-19 then we would ask that you follow the specific government advice which can be found here, alongside other commonly asked questions about the disease.
I am a returning traveller, should I attend classes?
For the most up to date information please visit Government Coronavirus Guidance and follow the advice provided.
Can I make up missed classes?
Yes, our policy on missed classes remains the same. If you miss a class for any reason e.g. illness, holidays, car trouble, etc., you can do a ‘catch up’ class. Please speak to XXXXXX, call XXXXXXX or email XXXXXXX to arrange a ‘catch up’ class.
We hope this helps to clarify things and we will update this page as and when necessary. As a small business we value your continued support during this period, it is very important to us.
