We are extremely sad to say that due to the current situation and based on the Prime Minister’s advice to avoid unnecessary contact, we have taken the difficult decision to postpone all classes until we feel that we can safely open again.
The coronavirus has taken the UK by storm and we believe that it is in our best interest to close for the health and wellbeing of all our members, parents, staff and franchisees.
During this difficult time, we would like to thank all our loyal customers for their continued support and ask that you kindly bear with us until we have more information available for you.
We are hoping to re-open classes after the Easter holidays (which vary across the UK) but we will of course keep everyone up to date as and when we know more.
As this is a continually changing situation, we appreciate that some things remain unclear, but we would like to reassure everyone that we are working hard to keep everyone informed and will respond to any queries the best we can.
Although Tumble Tots classes are considered ‘non-essential’ contact, we still believe that having a healthy and active lifestyle is important. Therefore, we will be putting together things to do at home including live ‘Tumble Tots at Home’ sessions on our social media platforms so little ones can stay active (and entertained) whilst classes are postponed. Please stay tuned for updates!
We also have a range of class items available from our Online Shop so children can practise and build on the skills they’ve learnt during sessions from home.
Regarding classes, members will be able to make up any classes they have missed during this closure period once classes open again. For further information, please contact your local franchisee.
Membership will be frozen from today and anyone who has an active membership will have the time that they have missed in classes, carried over. If you have any queries about your membership, please contact head office on 0121 585 7003 or email info@tumbletots.com
We would like to thank you again for your understanding and ask that you continue to support your local Tumble Tots.
