Rachael Hall was in the police for 10 years but wanted a change after starting a family…

"Before I bought the franchise, I was a Police Cadet and then a Police Constable. Having had my kids and enjoyed maternity leave with them I just didn’t want to return to being an operational officer and all the stresses that entailed. Choosing Tumble Tots was an easy decision once I’d committed to go for something new as I was fully onboard with the ethos and totally bought into the TT family. After being successful I received business management training from Head Office which covered all of the basics including staff, van and marketing too. I have a great team at head office who are really supportive and I get on well with them too so that definitely help."
