New for September 2019 – Pay Monthly by Direct Debit via GoCardless

If you would like to spread the cost of class fees across monthly payments, just let me know via email and I will send out an email with the link to sign up to our direct debit payment option. If you’ve already signed up for monthly payments then here’s a reminder of the info you need.

How are payments calculated

Payments for the academic year (September to July) will be totalled and spread across 11 monthly payments with no payment in August. There is no platform fee for this option so its the same cost per class as the block booking, pay by bank transfer option, at £7.75 per class.

How does it work

Payments are taken on 1st of the month starting from September. To cancel at any point, just email me before midnight on the 4th of the month to cancel the following month’s payment and classes. For example, a payment goes out on the 1st May, you email me to cancel before the 4th May. No further payments are taken and your last class is at the end of May.

For the academic year 2019-20 monthly payments are:

• £26.08 where there are 37 classes/year (Marlow)
• £26.78 where there are 38 classes/year (everywhere else)

Membership fees go directly to our head office and still need to be paid upfront.

Other payment options are available:

• Pay via Class4Kids Class4Kids online payments are a quick and easy way to pay but they do take a platform fee. So for the best price, choose an alternative payment option.
• Pay via Bank Transfer You can avoid the online platform fee by paying by bank transfer (child’s name as reference) to Tumble Tots Marlow, sort code 77-70-29, account number 00003752. You will need to pay for all the remaining classes in that payment block at £7.75 per class.
• Pay via Cash or Cheque You can bring cash or cheque (child’s name on back) to class.
