Our standard missed class policy is shown below:
Missed Class Policy
If you miss a class due to illness, holidays, car trouble, etc., you can either:
- Do a make up class at another venue during the same payment block (subject to space).
- Bring a friend along with you to a class in the same payment block instead (subject to space).
If we ever have to cancel a class, for example due to bad weather or illness, I will inform you via text and on our Facebook page. Please check your mobile number on your Class4Kids account, and also like and follow our Facebook page. You will be offered a make-up class at another venue or to have that class carried over to the next block. If classes are cancelled due to Covid control measures, class fees will automatically be carried over to when we reopen.

During Covid restrictions it is harder for us to accommodate make-up sessions at another venue due to the reduced number of tots we are allowed in the hall at any one time. We need to strictly adhere to our maximum numbers and in most classes we are fully booked. This means that unless someone lets me know in advance that they aren’t attending, then I will not know if there will be space for you to do a make-up session.
It is common for us not to have 100% attendance in each session. So if you want to do a make-up class, then you are more than welcome to turn up to a session at another venue and if someone doesn’t show up, you are welcome to join in. Please just let us know on the desk when you arrive. I cannot guarantee that there will be space but you are more than welcome to try. You can visit our online timetable to see the class options.
I’m sorry that we cannot be more flexible at this time – we are all looking forward to the time when these restrictions are lifted.
