We are the leading pre-school children’s activity class nationwide, running for over 40 years.  We run weekly activity classes for children from 6 months through to school age and help them develop key skills like balance, coordination, agility and patience whilst climbing and clambering on our brightly coloured wooden equipment.

We are currently based at 2 locations in Brighton, due to 3 centres having to close during lockdown, our plan is to return to 2 more centres this year, offering successful applicants a chance to be a part of a core team helping us get to more young families active.

Currently we host 150 families per week in our 2 venues, our target is to double that to 300 per week. The classes run as a parent and child together event.

Classes are fun, energetic but safe and controlled.

We are looking for staff that are able to work in this fairly fast paced environment.  Our staff generally are energetic returning to work mums, young people looking to enhance their skills with children in nanny or nursery settings.

Here are the job descriptions:-

Senior Play Worker Role including some team leading – up to 3 staff

(Saturdays/Mondays/Tuesdays/Thursdays) – 15 hours per week or combination of.

Saturday Staff (Saturdays only) = 4.5 hours per week.

There may be options for Mondays and Saturdays or Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays only or and Saturdays only. We can separate depending on your availability and requirements.

• Locations are Hassocks, Hollingbury and Hove. Potentially Portslade/Southwick or Preston Park.
• Own Transport or ability to reach each centre required.
• Hourly rate dependent on age and experience.
