Tumble Tots Mid Cheshire is seeking two dedicated and enthusiastic Play Workers to join our team, providing a safe and engaging environment for children.
Play Worker 1: Monday 8:45am-6:15pm Nantwich and Tarporley & Wednesday 8:45am – 5:15pm Middlewich and Congleton
Play Worker 2: Monday 1:45pm – 6:15pm Tarporley & Wednesday 1:45pm – 5:15pm Congleton
Additional hours might become available from November on Tuesday (9am-2pm) and Thursday (9am-2pm in Northwich)
Responsibilities
- Support and assist the leader during sessions and contribute as a team member.
- Assist with the unloading/loading of equipment from the Tumble Tots’ van
- Assist with the safe setting up of equipment as directed
- Ensure that both children and parents are having fun and participate fully in a safe and challenging environment.
- Support the leader during circle time by ensuring the music is on cur and stickers, certificates and cards etc are ready.
- Join in the action songs and rhymes.
- Support and encourage Tumble Tots on the equipment in a safe and challenging environment
- Any other support duties as requested by the leader or franchise
The candidates should be:
- Fun, enthusiastic and physically fit
- Have a driving license
- 18+
- Have excellent communication skills
- Experience working with children and/or in customer service is desirable but not essential
- A good team worker
